Giant Magic Auction

During each event there is a Giant Magic Auction where you have the chance to bid on items new and old, large and small. And if you have something that related to magic that you would like us to auction off you could make some $$ as well!

Something New!!!   Auction Form available Online!!
Large Items

If you have either a stage illusion, prop or amusement item that you would like to include in our auction, we will list it here in our auction page and then if there is any interest in the items then you will be contacted to bring the item to the next Funday event. We now offer an auction form in .pdf format in order to speed up the registration process. There are two ways to complete the registration:
  1. Save the form to disk.
  2. Print it out from the webpage.
If you are interested in an object, call Warren Schueler at (732)671-4929. These items might not be on site unless there are interested bidders for each item. Once you have a hardcopy of the form, fill it out, following all guidelines (below), and bring it with you to MAGIC FUNDAY and hand it in as you are registering.
*Copies of this form will be available at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Guidelines for Auctioning:
  1. You will be given a Lot Number when checking in. One lot per person. Six Items per lot.
  2. Each item must be labeled with name, brief description, condition, age and retail price if known. Effects with original instructions generally get a higher price. In addition to hard copy, it is also helpful if you submit an Official MAGIC FUNDAY Auction Form.
  3. An item may be a single piece of equipment or apparatus, or a bag containing several items. A list of the items must be attached to the bag.
  4. We will deduct a 15% sales commission on all sales. All sales are final.
  5. Lots will be auctioned in the order received. Normally we can auction about 25 lots in three hours. Come Early! Doors open at 10 AM.
Lots checked after 11 AM rarely make it to the block.
  6. Minimums on items must be agreed to by the seller and the auctioneer at check-in. Minimums must be clearly marked on the items. Only items of significant value will be accepted for minimums.
